Proof that spring is really coming!

My girls and I were so excited when we saw two of my little flowers blooming this week. The color is so beautiful compared to the grey and dead all around. My tulips are coming up too but they won't bloom for a few more weeks. So spring really is coming, and I can't wait!

Funny things kids say

Tonight we were watching tv when this conversation started:

Abby:Mommy, you're a woman
Mom: Yes, and so are you
Abby: No I'm not! I'm a kid!
Mom: But you're a girl so you'll be a woman
Abby: Yeah.....When I'm 6!

The Little Mermaid

This week at Katy's school the Missoula Children's Theater came down and helped the kids put on a musical. They held tryouts on Monday and then practiced hard all week and did two shows on Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa Fawcett, Paige, Grandma Great, Grandma Anderson, and Jake all came down to watch Katy perform in the show. She did great and so did all the other kids. Here are a few pictures from the big day.

One very tired boy

Thomas had a long hard day and just couldn't make it through dinner. So sweet, he tried to eat his dinner but was just too tired to finish.

Jake's Homecoming Information

Jake will be reporting on his mission Sunday Feb 8th at 2:50pm at the Ephraim Stake center (400 East Center St.) We will be serving food at my mom's house from 12:00noon until about 2:30pm. If you would like to bring anything we could use chips, salads, or deserts. We will also have food for those that can come to the house after the meeting.
