End of the year school programs

Well my cute little Abby finished kindergarten last week. They had a great program where all the kid got to pick a nursery rhyme and then dress up as a character in that rhyme. Abby picked Mary had a little lamb. So she wore her cute blue dress and a fancy hat. Wednesday when we got the local paper there was a picture of our little cutie for all to see. Abby was really excited to be in the paper.

Katy also had her program. They did a third grade talent show. Katy sung "Castle on a Cloud" from Les Mes. But I recorded that with my camcorder and I don't know how to put that onto my blog yet. But she did great. I was so proud, I had a hard time trying not to cry.

Pictures of our new home!

We don't actually close until June 4th but we were at the house today to meet with the inspector and all went well in that department. So I took some pictures to show you all since none of you have seen it yet. The girls are super excited about the club house in the back yard. ( and yes Liz, every room has an accent wall, I thought that you would appreciate that) Becca, I have lots more pictures but it takes forever for them to load on the computer so I will show them to you Memorial Day weekend. I am really getting excited for the big move now.
This is the hallway to the rooms and downstairs. The front door is just off to the left in the picture.

Blood!

That's not jam it's blood!

So today Thomas and I walked over to the school to pick up Abby. Thomas was walking around playing with a ball when he tripped and fell against the stroller. He was bleeding a lot and I was freaking out just a little because I couldn't tell if he had bitten all the way through his lip or just cut the outside. I took him up to the doctor to see if the cut needed a stitch or two but the doctor said that he would heal fine and that the struggle to put in two stitches on his lower lip would be worse than the cut just healing on it's own. The funny thing is that Thomas was more upset that we weren't playing outside any more than about his lip.
