A Big Decision to Make
Collin's firm is opening a new office in Price, Utah. Collin is the engineer that is currently working on most of the projects out in Price so he was offered a position at that new office. After many days of consideration and prayer we have decided to move to Price. Collin will start working out there a couple days a week in February and we will probably move the rest of the family out there in June, as soon as the kids are out of school. We hope that this will be a good move and that we will enjoy living in Price.
JAKE IS HOME!!!!!
Welcome home Uncle Jake! Jake just returned today from his mission in Brazil. We are so glad to have him home. Mom and Dad and Orrin and Crysta went to Brazil last week to pick Jake up. They had a great time and got to visit many of the places that Jake worked. He comes home to many new nephews and one niece, and lots of big kids that got taller. He looks great and is glad to be home. He will report on his mission on Sunday Feb 8th, at my mom's ward in Ephraim (I am not sure what time but I am sure that we will send out an e-mail soon with details). Here are some pics of Jake with the kids.
This is a picture of Jake with the 6ft sandwich that we bought for his homecoming lunch.

Swim class in January?!
I decided to put the little girls in a swim class to help get us up and moving in the morning. Also the classes are smaller in the winter so they can learn more. They have a great teacher, she is in our ward and the girls just love her. Here are some pictures.

Madelyn turns 4!
We had a little party for Madelyn Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa Fawcett came down and brought Paige, and to surprise the girls they brought Spencer, Max and Jace. The girls were so excited, they love to play with their cousins. We went swimming and had pizza then we came home and had cake and ice cream and opened presents. Madelyn got fun new toys, and Thomas got a few things too. Madelyn had a great day and she was very excited to be the big 4!

You Say It's Your Birthday!
Thomas turned one! He is such a big boy now. He can say "light", "Mamma", "Dad", and "bye". He is crawling a little and getting into everything. Today we had a little party for him. I made him a small round cake that he could eat himself, but while I was in the shower my 3-almost 4 year old got a hold of the cake and crumbled it to pieces.
So we just put all the crumbled pieces on his tray and let him at it. He liked it every bit as much as he would have liked a whole cake.
We got him a big truck that he can sit on, walk behind, and push lots of buttons. He is enjoying it. Here are some pictures from his day. Enjoy!

New Years Resolutions?!
Ok so I was looking at my sisters blog and she has her goals for this year all written out. So I thought that it would be good for me to do the same because then you can all know about them, and hopefully ask me how I'm doing throughout the year.
1. (don't roll those eyes) I would really like to loose about 30 lbs (who wouldn't). I am going to start walking so that I can do the 5k at Scandinavian Days in Ephraim on Memorial Day weekend. I won't tell you what I am starting at but I will post weekly weight gains/losses so I have some accountability.
2. I am going to spend less than I make! Ok this looks like a no brainer but for me it has been a challenge and one that I am trying really hard to be better at. Our goal-save money so that we can buy a house!
3. I will do better at keeping my house in order and making dinner every night. My goal-5 cooked meals a week, and at least 60min spent each day cleaning and decluttering my home.
Ok so that's a lot of work to do. So I'm going to get off the computer now and start doing some work!

Winter Fun
We were in Ephraim for New Years and we thought that it would be fun to take the kids down west of town and go sledding. The girls loved it. Abby fell of right away and didn't want to get back on for a while but Katy and Madelyn stayed on the entire time and had tons of fun. Thomas also took a couple turns riding with Katy, Mommy, and Dad. He had lots of fun, smiling the entire time he was on. The roads were not completely covered with snow so we had to pull the kids over gravel a couple of times but it didn't bother Madelyn very much. She rode on the back sleigh and was all over the road. She loved every minute of it. But she always has been our little dare devil. Here are some pictures from our adventure. Enjoy!
